The Bach Original Flower Remedies were developed in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a Harley Street doctor, homeopath, bacteriologist and immunologist who felt that emotions impact our health. His quest to find a natural way to restore inner harmony and wellbeing led him to discover the 38 Bach Original Flower Remedies, that can help us rediscover the positive side of ourselves

There are many Flower Remedies on the market today. However, the Bach Original Flower Remedies are the only flower remedies made with mother tinctures prepared exactly according to Dr Bach’s specifications at his home, the Dr Edward Bach Centre, in Oxfordshire. They are a range of 38 individual flower remedies. With the exception of Rock Water, the Bach Original Flower Remedies are flower essences prepared from single wild flowers and tree blossoms. Each remedy is used to gently balance out a specific negative emotion.

Sometimes I tend to get a bit dreamy about the past and reminiscing about the good old days, not that life is bad now, it's just different. And of course it isn't a bad thing to be thinking about the past but sometimes I'm thinking back far too much when I have far too much to be doing in the present! A couple of drops of Honeysuckle gets me back on track and back to concentrating on my present life rather than the past...
