Babytec Spill Resistant Gyro Dry Food Bowl is a revolutionary new concept, using the latest gyroscopic design to ensure the inner bowls rotate with gravity in order to always keep the bowl horizontal to the floor, which keeps the food where it belongs and not on the floor! For under £2.50 I wasn't expecting much.
I LOVE THIS BOWL!
It works brilliantly, my 12 month old toddler has walked across the room without spilling a single cube of cheese on the floor, even when followed by hopeful cats!
The centre is designed to keep the snacks upright, and it responds very rapidly to movement.
We have managed to get things to tip out, by jolting it up and down without changing the angle of rotation, but that is to be expected, and goes against the movements the bowl is designed to compensate for.
Very technically minded small children will work out that if they jam their finger in the centre, it will prevent the gyroscope from working allowing the other hand to be used to tip it!
It is great for day to day use, comes apart for cleaning and contains a lid as well.

unfortunatly i am disappointed with this purchase, after the hipe surrounded the launch of bowl i expected a bit more. the design is fun and the gyro is a fantastic idea but my daughter just held the middle bowl and tipped food everywhere. it may be ok around the house but not on carpeted floors and definately not in the car. wish i could write a better review but mums need to have products that really help.

I had one of these bought for my 14 month old son and he loves it. It's perfect for fruit or other dry snacks and really is spill proof. I have purchased 2 others for his friends. I would definitely recommend this product.

Okay, but not as great as it portrays

breaks easy
