Excellent New Material, 31 May 2002

Being a life long fan of prodigy since their release of What Evil Lurks on the rave scene, in comparison to their first stuff it's quite amazing how Liam's styles have changed over time. This has a rockier sound but you can definitely hear that it's drawn all kinds of elements from previous tunes but it still sounds new. Unsurprisingly, it features Keith belting out his lyrics in the usual fashion, neither rapping nor singing, but kind of rhythmically shouting. When I first heard this I wasn't so sure I liked it and wanted to hear the instrumental version, but you soon find that without Keith, the track just isn't complete. It's got a great structure to it and I think Prodigy are going straight to the top with it. Nicely done and can't wait for the rest of the tunes.

Great to have them back!, 16 Aug 2002

I'm sure there will be mixed reviews for this, but I absolutely love it! It takes a couple of listens to it, but after a while it gets addictive. As I write this I have it constantly looping in my headphones. Its a good blend of old and new. Yes it harks back to mid-90's classic prodigy material, even with a small firestarter mix thrown in, but it has a newer beat and sound. It certainly makes a refreshing change from the wagon loads of eurotrance rubbish out there. Its a marriage between the best of (punk)rock and dance/rave. I cannot wait for the album!

They're Back, 8 July 2002

Well it works for me, I don't care what the critics say. If you're more punk orientated you'll love the std mix, for those into their older stuff the instrumental will keep you grinning from start to finish......word of advice, it could be dangerous to listen to this behind the wheel! Can't wait till Reading!! Don't be put off by the sub-standard radio edit.
