In "Voices" by John Vornholt a bombing on Mars disrupts a Psi Corps convention, and Psi Corps decides to move the convention to Babylon 5. Needless to say, the B5 staff is less than thrilled by the prospect of being overrun by hundreds of telepaths.
A new bombing takes place and the proof points to B5`s resident telepath Talia Winters. Talia ends up on the run along with the criminal Deuce.
Meanwhile commander Ivanova and chief of security Garibaldi, convinced of Talia`s innocence, attempt to find the real culprit.
Ivanova struggles with her own battle; how does she really feel about the telepath Harriman Gray?
This one really isn`t among the best B5 novels out there, but it is not awful, either.
There is lots of action, and the B5 staff we know and love are in character. The story is just simply not all that great.
If you are a huge fan of Talia Winters this book may be your cup of tea.
