This book's timeline focuses bethween the second season Babylon 5 episodes 'The coming of shadows' and 'All alone in the night'. ¿So why should you read it now that the whole Babylon 5 universe is, let's say, finished? Well, for me this is my first Babylon 5 book ever. So I thought to myself, let's start by the beginning, let's read a book about 'the good old times' of Ivanova, Garibaldi and the rest of the gang. The result? It's a good story, with a well dosed plot. What I liked the most was the developement of Garibaldi and Ivanova's characters and the interaction betwenn the two of them. The worst is maybe the other characters' limited development, specially the original ones. Anyway, it was a good reading for me.

The accusations in this book are levelled at Commander Susan Ivanova.
She knows someone that has been murdered, and has just arrived on the
station, hence suspicion falls on her.

With Garibaldi's help, they must work out what happened, and how it ties into other shipments coming in.
