The Flexi Fit Configure Gate is part of a larger range of safety gates from BabyDan and is possibly the best and most flexible solution to an odd size or shaped space without actually having to build something to fit. If you have two fixing points that are not opposite each other, or if you have an extra wide opening, this could well be the one for you. Especially useful for a wide opening at the top of stairs or a corner appliance. This BabyDan package will give you three interlocking sections and one of the three sections is a ‘walk through’. The gate fixtures need to be screwed to the wall.

BabyDan Configure Gate is the only build-your-own-safety gate system, and with three interlocking sections it can be angled to suit the shape of the room. Babydan Configure safety gate can easily be extended and used as Extra Wide Room Divider to fit the widest and most awkward of openings. You can also use Configure Safety Gates to create a safe play area for toddlers or as complete room dividers. The walk through gate section can be installed anywhere in the configuration and opens easily in either direction with a one hand adult release. Wall mounted (with screws) for safety. The BabyDan Configure Safety Gate is perfect for irregular areas, which do not have a mounting point straight across. The Configure Gate can be extended further using the configure gate extensions by sections of 60cm as required.

As a Chilminder and qualified Nursery Nurse I highly recomend this gate. I have used one for the last twelve years and found it to be sturdy piece of essential eqiupment. Well made and an excellent barrier for akward areas.I have never had to replace any parts, not even the wall fixing that some people seemed to have had to do and believe me the gate has taken a fair bashing over the years.

If your house doesn't have standard width and straight-forward stairways and landings that won't accommodate a standard gate, this is a great bit of kit. The manufacturing quality and paint finish is completed to a high standard.
You can 'configure' the gate easily to block stairs or cordon off areas and it's easy to break apart if you need to get better access (e.g. moving large items up and down the stairs).
Fixing the gate requires careful marking and drilling, but the instructions are clear. Recently, I managed to trip and break the gate's wall fixings; a phone call to the manufacturer, and the spare parts were soon on their way at a very reasonable cost.
It really is something we couldn't do without. It is versatile and I'd recommend it.

Perfect for gaps 120cm - 180cm.
Couldn't find a baby gate for a 150cm double doorway. This is perfect for that.
Door can be placed in the middle or at either end.
