I have been looking for a book like this for a few months. As a parent of a very active baby this book has helped my little 15 mth old to relax at the end of the day. I first started practising yoga when my baby was 6mths old and thought about what a calming hobby it would be for her. I have copied the exercises from the book with her regularly from the time I received it and now she goes into poses the minute I roll the yoga mat out. She laughs excitedly and says 'mummy-oga oga!' Francoise has written this gem of a book clearly and simply for everyday parents like myself who have very little time. The exercises are all good for the body and soul and help calm the most restless of babies. They come so naturally that you wonder if there is a catch. I feel that Franciose the writer is giving parents a gift by sharing this knowledge with them. It provides a way of sharing exercise with your little ones and also sets the course for healthy adulthood. All parents should buy a copy!

I love yoga myself & had been looking for a book on baby yoga for some time.
I do baby yoga with my 4 month old & she totally loves it! she lies on the towel kicking her legs & gurgling at me. Its lovely spending 10-15 minutes just bonding with my daughter, no TV & no interuptions!
The book is very easy to use & has got lovely pictures!
This is the best baby book I have brought! Highly recomended!
