The Baby-Vac® Nasal Aspirator helps to remove the natural nasal mucus of newborns, babies, toddlers and small children when fighting colds, snuffles and flu with the help of your household vacuum cleaner (using the hose attachment).
Because babies and young children cannot clear their nose by themselves they are prone to a blocked and congested nose making it difficult to breathe, eat, drink and sleep.
Young children can expect to have 12 or more episodes of cold and flu each year. The only effective method to relieve blocked and congested little noses is to use a nasal Aspirator.
The Baby-Vac® Nasal Aspirator was designed to provide a consistent and controlled suction using the strength from a common household vacuum cleaner, but not the power. The Baby-Vac® automatically regulates your vacuum's suction power to provide safe, continuous suction.

Our little 8 week old ended up in hospital with pneumonia because she couldn't sleep, eat, drink, breathe, she was vomiting up the mucus and she wasn't strong enough to fight off the infection. It was pitiful to see her in hospital looking so ill.
Afterwards I have to admit I was a little apprehensive when our GP recommended this device BUT I didn't want to see her in hospital again. The GP can only do something once your little one has an infection, we wanted to prevent our little one getting an infection in the first instance and the only way to do that is to stop the mucus going down onto her chest or into her stomach, which made her vomit.
Its soooo simple to use!
I'm sure all Mums and Dads do this... you can't sleep when your baby is crying because they can't breathe... but you also can't sleep when they finally do fall asleep no matter how exhusted you are because your worried they aren't breathing! Its a no win situation.
The Baby-vac works like a dream! Literally in seconds all the mucus, the blockage, is sucked right out of her little nose and she can breathe again. This means she can sleep, take her feeds, drink, isn't vomiting, not getting dehydrated, and no longer allowing the infection to take hold and get worse. Of course, little ones always get colds, that we can't stop but we can stop it becoming worse.
We use it as often as our little one needs to... Mum is a bit paranoid now, quite rightly, so at the slightest sign of a runny nose out it comes and its gone! You can use this as frequently as needed. Its also dead easy to clean; just flush with hot water and leave to dry. If you need to use it again quickly it comes with two nozzles.
Best of all.... baby sleeps soundly now AND we've stopped worrying too - we can get to sleep knowing our little one can breathe. Baby is happy, Mum is happy - bliss!
Every baby should have one of these, I could recommended it more highly!

Dear mummies and daddies
I just want to share this with you as I know what does it mean to want to help your baby to breath easelly and your little one screems like you are tourturing him. I cannot say that this product solves this issue but it is sooooo much more efficient than others. I tried them all. This one does it faster, clears more and it means less painfull crying. I was a bit not confident to use it with the hoover so I used it as "nose clear" and it worked as well as with the hoover (even so it was a bit uncomfortable as the other end is too big for your mouth). Anyway, do not waste your money on trying other products, this one is the best. I hope it helps :-), good luck
