Book Description

Do you have a baby, and neither of you are getting enough sleep?

We Can Help!

Probably the #1 hardest part of having a baby or sometimes even a toddler in the house is the sleeping situation (or more to the point - the LACK of it!). And it doesn't matter what you've read or what anyone says, no ONE solution works for every baby. ALL babies are different, even in the same family. What finally worked for an older sibling may not work for others. And what worked for that child today, may not work tomorrow.

What it takes is time and patience - and trial and error.

So what you need is an arsenal of information. A checklist, if you will.

- Should the child have naps during the day?

- If so, how many? (and when?)

- What can you do to drown out distracting, intermittent noise that keeps waking your baby up?

- Related to the last question, is it possible for a baby's bedroom to be TOO quiet for the baby to sleep well?

- Should you darken a room as much as possible during daytime naps?

- What can you give your older baby to eat at bedtime that may satisfy him longer into the night?

- Is it possible for a child to be too tired at bedtime, and what can you do that might help him or her be at an OPTIMUM tiredness level at bedtime - where he or she is not too tired and not too wired?

- Are following daily routines important for the sleep cycle?

- Does breastfeeding or bottles work better for longer sleeping?

- Should the baby sleep in his/her own room, or in your room?

- (and SO much more is covered)

This essential book of baby sleep essays is written by 5 different authors - all mothers of multiple children - 16 babies total. So they have just a BIT of experience among them! And if those credentials aren't enough, one is an occupational sleep therapist, another has a Masters in Psychology - and yet, they state that much of that training tends to go out the window because, again, what works for one baby often does not work for another. These mothers do, however, come to a consensus on several methods that work a majority of the time. These could be nuggets of sleep gold for you!

These mothers/authors have been through it all - including some with premies and some with special-needs babies with acute and severe medical issues. But all were EVENTUALLY able to find ways to get their children to sleep.

Find out what worked and try it. Find out what didn't, and either stay away from it, or maybe try that, too! (you just never know)

All new and experienced parents need this essential book of baby sleep essays. It may take days, weeks or even months off your baby's wait (and your's) for a good night's sleep.

Don't delay. Get it today!
