me and my husband likes this song,we had it as our first dance at our wedding,it was different from the usual wedding songs everyone usually has.lovely song.

For me, "Baby Love" was one of those songs that comes around every now and then, that when you hear it, you just can't stop playing it. I've loved it since I first saw the video on TV back in 2007, and I still love it now. I seriously recommend this to anyone who loves comtemporary R&B, I know the song is a few years old now, but it's a lot better than a lot of the dance stuff in the charts at the moment, and I'd go as far as saying better than Scherzinger's current single "Poison". I do enjoy the b-side of this single as well. If you're a fan of Scherzinger's, I suggest getting this while you can. I expect that the CD single is fairly hard to find, and while the oppertunity to get it cheap is here, I wouldn't waste it! Not only that, I doubt the song will be used on her album, considering it didn't do so well in America, so this may be your only oppertunity to own a physical copy!!

I really love how she expresses how much she loves her man in the song. It has the description of a perfect true love.

Can't Cut It as a Solo Star

Nicole Scherzinger finally releases her solo debut single - from her first album, the rather pretentiously titled Her Name is Nicole, as if we care - and its a little disappointing. She proved herself to be the dominant Pussycat Doll, singing and dancing better than any of her counterparts, but thats where her stand-out ability ends.
"Baby Love" is a weak song. First of all, the title immediately conjures up sounds and images of Diana Ross & The Supremes and their albeit completely different song. Second of all, Nicole's vocals sound weak and the song is so uninspired and repetitive that it either bores or irritates. She is much better as part of a group or featuring on someone else's track as backup, but for some reason doesn't seem to be able to do it on her own.
Hopefully the rest of her album - which has had its release date worryingly pushed back once again - will prove me wrong, but I fear the worst. Her Name is Nicole? Well that's great, but it doesn't mean anyone will care.
