This is what every parent or grandparent needs to make the most of a babies first year... and this book will show you many ways to play with your child, even when it is just a baby. Development becomes fun and easy to understand.
Ever wondered why your baby is cranky even though everything seems to be fine? It's because your little one is bored. Yes, babies can get bored(!) as I've learned from my own experiences. This book will tell you how to keep a baby happy with games between feeds and sleepy time!
It's a light-hearted book with great pictures explaining what to do, so even if you have no time to read books,(with a screaming new baby at home) it gives you a quick guide to playing games with your baby that are appropriate and essential to their development at the right age. The exercises will help the baby develop happily and naturally.
From what I understand, even a very small baby will benefit from the appropriate games and they develop quicker than those who don't get this kind of stimulation.
The book explains the different developmental stages of the first year and the lovely thing is that everyone can learn these simple games so siblings, grandparents, friends and so on can take part in the fun too!
I have bought a copy for each of my friends that have had a new baby!
I think it is a great gift for others and a treat for yourself if you have a little bundle to entertain at home...

Wanted some new ideas to entertain my baby, and help develop her growth. A slim book, but has enough good ideas that are simple and not overcomplicated like some other books on the market. Split into months so easy to work through them, wish I got this at the beginning.

First had this book from the library then bought it from Amazon at a bargain price !!!! There are lots of ideas in it and you will have hours of fun with baby doing the things !!!!
