Works as it should 21 Nov 2010

We use this gate to prevent our toddler from going down two stairs to an area where we usually put the Christmas tree and other things we don't want him to touch.

Works well. We got black so it looks nice.

The only drawback is you have to attach it to the wall but a gate this size that is to be expected.

Very adaptable and sturdy, and easy to fit. We were looking for a product for some time to fit a large entrance into a kitchenette, and this does the job perfectly. Highly recommended
