My 3 year old loves this baby carrier for her dolls. We get comments all the time as to how lovely it is. It is easy to put on and fits a variety of sized dolls. It can't hold the weight of a doll that has batteries in it though. It is good value for money. The Velcro is soft and so it does not catch little fingers.
