I was quite disappointed when this product arrived and now, some months into owning it, I am even more disappointed! The items inside are of no real benefit to be honest and you'd be better off buying the bits separately and finding your own case. The scissors are so blunt that they are completely ineffective - I appreciate that they need to be relatively blunt so as not to be a hazard to children but I couldn't cut a plaster or a bandage so what use are they?
Overall, if you're a new Mum looking to buy something for your new baby that you think will be useful, buy some plasters, bandages, antibacterial wipes and stick them in your make up bag - don't waste money on this product.

A really handy little product if you have little ones. The outside is plastic coated so can be easily wiped cleaned. I keep my it in my nappy changing bag, and although have had no need to use it as yet, I am prepared! I am planning to take it on holiday with us as it's very compact and I think it would be good to have it to hand.
This is an excellent product I couldn't be more pleased with it.
Whilst fitting neatly in the palm of your hand it has pretty much everything you'll want when out with the children to cover all the bumps and scrapes they get into. The only thing I've added because of my daughters general clumsiness is steri-strips but that was simply remedied as there is space to add a few more specific items to ensure it's tailored to your family's needs. I love the little bravery stickers included - a bonus. However I think the two guides included are also invaluable. One gives clear instructions on the contents & their usage, whilst the second is a really handy first aid guide for babies and children which usefully jogged memories from the baby first aid course I did about 3 years ago which is now handy for my second child.
In summary an excellent basic first aid family kit in a really small package making it easy to drop into your bag for everyday use when on the go.
