Love at first curl !,

I love the curl and press. For me these are head & shoulders better than any other curling tongs.I had tried several tongs & rollers before hand and gave up as they never gave an even or long lasting curl.However because of the unique press technique these tongs really make sure that the curls last & look great. The give a fantastic beautiful curl and when I do my full hair everyone stops me & gives beautiful comments.People I know & work with have been so impressed they have bought their own !I have very long hair so it can take a while to do my full hair about an hour.However often I just do a few strands rather than a full head of hair and it looks great.You can only do small strands at a time, which means it takes longer, but I prefer the mass of curls I have at the end rather than big chunky curls.The other minus is they can get VERY hot and have no temperature light, which put me off at first.You also definately need some heat spray protection. However on the postitive side I find the curl lasts about 2 -3 days. So if you are looking for a fast instant tong these might not be for you- or a larger curl effect. However if you want guaranteed , lasting bouncy curls and dont mind spending an extra half hour styling your hair I 100% recommend these.I have had mine for about 3 years now and they still work great despite being used every few days .They are now one of my essential products and I would be lost without them.

I have used curling irons all my life and have ALWAYS had to use loads of hair spray in order for the curls to stay in, the babyliss curl and press required no hairspray and the curls stayed in for two days!!! I could even brush my curls after and they just sprung back into place!I personally didnt find them fiddley to use, but i can see how some people might if they dont often use curling irons. But its worth learning to use them and investing in a pair of these as it really is worth it!! Very impressed. :-)

I'm not good at hair, or tongs, so it was a relief to find some thought has gone into the design for the less than fluent at hair styling.You clamp the section of hair into place, and follow the grooves, winding upwards. Then press and count for 10 -15 seconds depending on hair texture, and you've finished. Easy to follow, and you'll get amazing results, first time. My daughter is 11 years old, and had instant results using them. She's left handed, I'm right handed, so the design is good. She bounced out of the room she was that delighted with her curls. I echo what everyone else has said. Instant results, superb curls, long lasting, even on long hair. You don't need to do all your hair, just a section on each side, gives enough impact - it really is like you've put in a hair extension. And that is some credit to Babyliss. I'm so so impressed.
