After using Babyliss Pro 230 and absolutely loving it, I decided to move on to something that would give me more options. What I got was a rubbish product and damaged hair.
It doesn't heat up properly (the plate that you attached to one side of the staightener will always stay cooler than the other one), it grasps your hairs between the sides of the plates and what is actually worst - it never closes properly around your hair!! The top bit closes first and then you have to squeeze it really hard for the whole thing to go flat around your hair.
Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, just bought another 230 Pro - the best one for me.
