Professional hairdressers have known for years that the easiest way to style hair is using a styler that has no clamp. Aside from the fact that clamps leave kinks, these well-meaning metal contraptions also have a habit of getting in the way of your hands when styling. That’s why the Waving Wand has been designed without a clamp, allowing you to simply wrap and style your hair in seconds.
How to use the Waving Wand
Styling your hair with the Waving Wand is easier than you might think. First, section your hair evenly and comb it through. Then, while wearing the heat protective glove, wrap a section of your hair around the oval shaped barrel, all the way to the cool tip at the top of the Waving Wand. Hold the section of hair in place at the cool tip for 5 to 8 seconds, depending on your hair type. Then unwind the hair to reveal beautiful waves that look and flow naturally, without any kinks.
Styling tips for the Waving Wand
For tighter waves, use smaller sections of hair and start wrapping the hair around the barrel close to the root. For looser waves, use larger sections of hair and start wrapping the hair around the barrel lower down the hair length. To set each curl, do not comb or brush hair until it cools. Repeat this process as often as necessary to get the look you’re after. Always allow the Waving Wand to cool before storing.

Featuring an Advanced Ceramics heating system, the Waving Wand delivers salon quality heat that reaches up to 200°C for long lasting results. And with 5 digitally controlled heat settings, the Waving Wand adjusts to the perfect temperature for your hair at the push of a button.
Whether you have thick hair or thin hair, you can find the perfect heat for your hair with available temperatures of 140˚C, 155˚C, 170˚C, 185˚C and 200˚C. If you have delicate, fine or coloured hair, use the lower heat settings. For thicker hair, use the higher heat settings.
Designed for extra safety when styling
For extra control and safety when styling, the Waving Wand has a cool tip at the end of the ceramic coated barrel that never heats up. Along with this safety feature, it comes with a heat protective glove for easy handling.
The Waving Wand also comes with a salon style swivel cord that moves with you as you style, keeping the cord from getting tangled up in your beautifully styled hair. The Waving Wand also has an integrated heat rest to keep the heated barrel safely away from your dressing table.
Automatic shut off for peace of mind
Who hasn’t forgotten to turn off a hot styler once or twice? Now you don’t have to worry about it. The Waving Wand comes with an automatic shut off feature which switches off the styler if it has been left on for more than 72 minutes.
