This is an easy to follow course that gives a range of good advice about managing your time. You are guided through the course by computerised graphics of a male and female and although not hi tec I found them pleasing enough. Throughout there are questions to answer and section summaries where you can have a go at filling in missing words or ask the programme to do it for you. Some of the advice given may be common sense to those used to managing their time. A few things I tought worth noting are: the ideas given about planning your day and identifying time wasters; managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls;what you might say or do if interupted when you did not want to be; some useful ideas/outlines for planning; there is a helpful test that gives you an idea about how stressed out you might be as a result of how you manage your time; and there are some good tips on speed reading. The final study area includes some of the material that is found in BVG's Project Management ie PERT and Gantt charts, critical path analysis, but I found this a useful refresher that linked this material into the subject helpfully. More expensive packages might provide extra but for the price I found this gave a good rounded training session.
