The BT Studio 4500 is a cordless phone that has a digital answering machine built in as well. This phone is often used in both the home and even the office as the Studio 4500 has a sleek compact stylish design.

If more than one handset is needed the BT Studio 4500 is also sold in multi packs as a twin & trio.

The answering machine on the BT Studio 4500 has a recording time of up to 12 minutes in total. This means that callers will have plenty of recording time to leave a message if the call goes unanswered.

It is also possible to playback messages via the BT Studio 4500 handset or base and if someone is out and about remotely as well. Calls can be screened and the Studio base also has a handy message counter as well.

With a 50 name and number directory the BT Studio 4500 has plenty of storage space for contacts such as friends and family. If the phone is connected to a BT line with caller display it will also show the number and if in the directory name as well.

The built in clock also has an alarm so users can set reminders and even use it to wake them up in the bedroom at home. If the phone is ringing the Studio 4500 handsets will even answer the call when they are picked up out of the base.

Other features include conference call, music on hold, ringer volume control, secrecy, handset naming, keypad lock, volume controls, call timer, low battery indicator, low battery alert, out of range indicator and an out of range alert.

A terrible phone 11 May 2011

This phones is quite cheap and looks it. The sound quality is very poor as is the product quality. The ring tones are awful. Answer machine works ok. You can't copy the address book between phones. However the real show stopper is the poor sound quality - it is like listening to someone where only 50% of the sound is transmitted. Find another phone!! Any other phone!!

A simple, easy to set up product with basic features and very little else which is all you can
ask for in a phone.
Includes good quality answer machine which holds around fifteen minutes worth of messages and most importantly an easy to use phonebook feature.
A good phone and decent replacement to my last phone.

Delivered on time. Easy to install and set up. Keys can easily be pressed accidentally which can cause operational problems.
