This is my first digital answerphone and I am very pleased with it. It is easy to use, the messages are clear and easy to understand and it is reliable. the only thing which is annoying is it rings 1471 each time someone rings to get their number which I believe I can turn off but have not discovered how yet. I leave it ON answer even when I am at home and if I answer before about 3 rings it switches to manual very quickly. I read the reviews which were very mixed but bought it anyway and am very pleased with it so far.

I have found this to be a very good answer machine. I had to send a cheaper one back that I bought, because you couldn't hear the messages. This one is very clear, and is a nice compact size, whilst looking stylish.

This machine is near perfect:
1. It comes in simple natural packaging.
2. The setting-up instructions are a miracle of ease and clarity.
3. The functions are simple to understand and exactly what I wanted - the icing on the cake is that I can turn off the electronic message alert - thank you thank you BT :)
4. Recording the outgoing message could not be simpler.
5. Adjusting the answer delay could not be simpler.
6. The sound quality is fine.
I would have been completely happy if it had come in black to match my phone and PC. Please consider this, BT.

the answerphone is small but effective. mine is hidden away which is not a problem because it tells you audibly when there is a new message

Best ever buy!
I have had several answer phones before but this BT Responce 75 is by far the best. The messages are very clear and it is very easy to set up.

great product,used these for years...Only negative is this newer model has no battery compartment to back up messages if there is a power cut..Happy with product though..
