After moving in to my new flat in November and being unable to decide on a decent phone i have been without a landline until now! These were brought as a christmas/moving present and have been impressed with them ... they're very easy to use.

I downloaded all the numbers from my mobile using a sim card reader built into the side of the base unit, hassle free and really quick.

I've used them on hands free and they have good sound quality. You only need to populate the phone book on one handset and you can then push the phonebook out to the other handsets which saves a lot of set up time.

Batteries were included and weren't defective as the free rechargable ones usually are.

In short would I recommend these phones ... YES!

I bought my twin Mango's about a year ago and I shall be replacing them this month. It is going to give me great pleasure in destroying them before I chuck them out.

One of my phones loses it's battery capacitance within minutes of a recharge, they do feel THAT cheap and there is the annoying last caller list as already pointed out, they can also be very fiddly to use.

The battery life lasts about a day when out of the cradle (due to maximising my plug points, I've always just rotated the two phones, one charging, one in use).

I could have sent them back to BT under warranty but the bottom line is that I truly hate these phones and can't wait to replace them.

I brought these phones to replace my Bt synergy handsets that had lasted there life time (approx 5 yrs!) At first I was pleased with these phones, but I got to be honest this is the worst phone I have ever owned. I would return them if I could, as I feel I have wasted my money. I can't hold a telephone conversation with anyone due to the level of Interference. Really it is that bad, even when you get the answering phone you still have Interference. I am really disappointed with this product. The features are great but I still need to be able to talk to people and I can't quite simply on these phones!

After 6 months using this phone all I can say is don't buy it! I bought it because I liked the features and the sim reader was a great idea. But these phones are simply naff. Get them out of the box only to be dissappointed because they look plastic and cheap, with an old black/white screen, annoying last caller list and worst of all really pants reception and sound quality. Leave it on the screen and spend a bit more cash on something that works and looks better! I'll be chucking mine on Ebay for free!

We have owned these phones for 3 years now and I am very impressed. They handle a busy familiy's life woth aplomb. These phones are not traeted with kid gloves and have never failed us.

Range is excellent and I can only assume the previous reviewer had a bad one. We have a crystal clear line with no interference at all.

Great bit of kit.
