    Disappointing product. No backlit display makes it impossible to read the incoming name or number at night. Contacts have to be put in each phone - takes ages - not possible to put in one phone and copy across. It takes ages to set the time and date on the answer phone, this date and time is accurate for a few days and then is replaced by a totally erroneous one which makes it impossible to say with any accuracy when the message was received.

    We searched for a while before finding these phones - we particularly wanted clear sound quality, which these have any many others don't. Easy to install. Full manual only available online, but you can install without that.

    None of the choices of ringtones are pleasant to hear.

    The phone is only useable in certain places within the home, and facing in certain directions, as there are numerous bleeps on the line otherwise.
    The bleeps are not heard by the person on the other end of the line.
    There are no problems when using the phone near the base unit.
