A great piece of equipment if it worked properly, we have had no end of problem with the software in that it locks up on a regular basis and the phone has to be turned off and on to get it to work. Both our phones do this but BT says there isn't a problem.

My home-office is just over the road (more or less) from a clinic where I also work, and my daughter's school is some 400 metres away. Perfect I thought - I read a claimed 1km outdoor, 300m indoor range. However outdoors (with buildings etc) I expected to get 300m, but didn't even come close.
Better than the phone I am replacing, and generally works well, however the range is nothing like as good as I had expected.
