The BT Diverse 7400 additional handset and charger is the extra handset for the new top of the range models in the Diverse 7000 range. This means that users can simply buy as many additional handsets they need when purchasing the phone. Also unlike some models this also means adding extra BT Diverse 7400 handsets at a later date is also possible.
With the ability to register up to 5 handsets in total users can buy and pair an extra 4 BT Diverse 7400 cordless phones to their system. The BT Diverse 7400 is designed for use with are the BT Diverse 7410, 7450, and the 7460. When set up the BT Diverse 7400 cordless phones will be able to answer incoming calls and transfer them to other handsets. Users can even name each phone and ring each other internally as well just like an expensive phone system.
When purchased the BT Diverse 7400 additional handset is supplied with a handy drop in charger. This can even be mounted on the wall so a handset can be located where normally one could not. So telephone numbers can be stored there is a 200 name and number phone book. If you have numbers already stored on other BT Diverse 7400 handsets these can be copied across to save time. There is a handsfree speaker and there is even a 2.5 mm headset socket so users can walk and talk handsfree with a headset. The BT Diverse 7400 additional handset and charger has the typical black finish and also features an inverted black LCD screen with white characters.
