I'd guess the best thing about this phone is the call quality and that must be the most important thing with a cordless phone. But as people are now used to the quality of mobile phones, they expect to see that on cordless ones. The display on this phone is poor with thin characters and no back light. The menu navigation is also poor. Instead of stopping at the last option in each menu it lets you step off into a dead zone where it beeps at you and then you have to move back. So little niggles make this a dissapointing product.

This is a smart dect phone easy to use with nice smooth rounded lines with many useful features one of which is the alarm facility. I like the wide choice of pleasant sounding ring tones and melodies which are soft to the ear. From 1 base station another 5 additional phones can be added, making this a reasonably priced telephone system for either a small office or home use.The overall quality of this Siemens phone is superb as you would expect from BT who use this company for their phones.
