I tried a few phones 'in the flesh' before deciding on this set. Most have built in answerphones, which I wasn't interested in as I use 1571, so I wasn't keen to pay the extra for that feature. I found many others felt a bit flimsy, buttons were a too fiddly or were just overly complicated to use.
The Diverse 6410 suited my needs pretty much perfectly. The handsets are solid feeling, with good buttons that are proper individual, raised buttons, so you know which one you've got your finger on & when you've pushed it. Screens can be set to switch off to save battery life, with a flashing LED indicator to show if you've missed any calls or messages. This raised my only downside with the unit, that screen will not switch off when it's on the base unit charging. So, when I've gone to charge it overnight, it lights up the bedroom. It's how it's meant to be according to the very helpful email support, so nothing I can do about it, except make sure it's kept charged. Seems to me having the screen on when it's charging will mean the charge takes longer, so I really can't see the sense it this 'flaw'.
Phone is very easy to use, with a menu system that is pretty much self-explanatory without needing to revert to flicking through the manual booklet. Screen is bright enough to see in all light conditions that I've encountered so far.
The SIM card transfer worked perfectly first time, as did the very straightforward phone book copy from one handset to the other. I'd prefer a centrally held phonebook that updated both automatically if one handset was updated, but struggled to find one that had such a feature.
Overall, very pleased with my decision to go with this phone.
