Yes, we liked the look of these phones too; but within a few months, both had expired: the first handset to mark its rite of passage and cease to be a handset did so by not dialling out; the second handset just packed its bags one day and never squeaked again. Very disappointing.

This is a replacement phone and this one is starting to behave in a strange way, dont know if i should return this one aswell!!

Nearly everyone comments on how attractive this phone is, and my 5-year old son is convinced it's a mobile phone! The slide mechanism is slick, and the screensaver cool..
The display is clear and the alarm easy to use. The buttons can be a bit fiddly, and the location of the soft keys seems counter-intuitive eg I expect the "ok" button to be in the middle not top right, but maybe that's just me. The answerphone works well and beeps when there is a message. However, only the base unit beeps not the handset, and this can be annoying since I keep the base in my upstairs bedroom and the handset in the downstairs lounge.
