When you play back messages, the sound is very poor quality - very muffled. I sent back my first one as I thought it had a fault, but the replacement is just as bad!

After several attempts to find our ideal product the BT Decor 1500 with answering machine fitted our needs perfectly. It is simple and straightforward to use with a minimum of programming (Date Time) The buttons are larger than other machines which eliminates mistakes and it seems to blend in with any decor. The instructions are clear and straightforward and it is not necessary to constantly refer to them. Not the cheapest but very good value for money

BT Decor 1500 Corded Telephone With Answering Machine
Useless - My recorded message ignored. Caller hears 'please ring again later'.Standing by the answerphone I can hear the pre-recorded message at my end (while 'please call again later' through my mobile).They seem to be overlaid.
More that 4 rings - wont record any messages. Have just realised why we have had no messages left for a few weeks - and we are a business.

A Poor Item
Have had this phone for a month after my previous phone packed up. It looks OK at first sight. Nice clean design and easy to use. However the sound quality is very poor indeed. Read more

BT Decor 1500 Corded Phone
The phone is ok, but the the answering machine is very poor, the audio on playback is woeful. Returned item for refund.

Noisy
The first ones answerphone didn't work but a replacement was sent very promptly. Makes a lot of noise when you have a message which is useful but a bit disconcerting.
