I would recommend this phone to anyone who uses a call centre headphone. This phone was recommended to me by other people working from home and I am pleased they did. It has all the basics you need. There is an easy access button on the top next to the dial pad that you press to switch from hand held phone to your headset, its that easy.

Seems well built, by todays standards.Is simple, does not have numerous features that you don't want, and forget how to use anyway.Quite sufficient memories for me, easy to explain why you haven't called, " sorry, I only have a few memories, and i must have my essentials in there , you know, the Dr, my children etc, and you know I can't remember numbers, or where I have written them down, I will get you to put your number in when somebody dies". All in all, if it doesn't break within the next few years it may "see me out".

Purchased on behalf of my mother-in-law who selected this model as clear keypad and not fiddly to use.
Unit arrived quickly and well packaged.
Problems arose when connecting to phone socket - not easy to plug in but eventually persuaded to do so.
No dialling tone - tried disconnecting and using original (cheaper) phone - all ok.
Retried - still no dialling tone.
Tested using mobile phone - unit rang and caller could hear receiver but reciver could not hear caller
Unit returned for refund.
Mum-in-law now has replacement unit of same type and price ordered direct from BT.
Replacement easy to plug in and worked ok from the start (as you would reasonably expect).

Great Phone
This product is great. Works well for us hard of hearing folk and does exactly what it says on the tin. Would recommend to anyone.

A bit outdated perhaps ?
I initially had problems with this, as I had to use a (previously functional) dual Call-Centre-type 1.5cm connector to my RJ11 Headset cord. Read more
