Very attractive colour which catches the eye. Fits in a conventional fridge door. Suitable for a family of 4-5 to use. A very good buy. Only 1 filter included. You will need to buy extra filters seperately.

I bought this jug from Amazon in August having used the original jugs and filter system for many years. The improvement in the new jug is that you can fill through a flap at top without taking the lid off and that the jug stores unfiltered water at the top so as to allow it to top-up the filter compartment as you use it. Sounds fine. Except when you fill the jug to the top or near the top the water escapes through the top of the handle and runs down inside the handle to the base. This causes a degree of water puddling and mess in the fridge as you use the jug. Now out of the 30 refund/exchange period we phoned the very helpful people at Brita in the hope that it was a unique problem to us and the jug was most likely faulty and would be exchanged. They advised that we weren't the only callers with this problem and their advice was either to try a different design of Brita jug or don't fill the jug to the top. We couldn't recommend this jug given this basic 'design flaw' and would advise the clever people at Brita to stick with the original simple jug design that works without leaking.
