The traditional wooden railway is the best type for fun and durability. Even very young children can put it together and the pieces don`t warp like plastic tracks. A perrenial favourite which my older children still love to play with. will be passed down through generations. It becomes more attractive with age and handling. Overall an excellent toy.

This expansion pack is really helpful to use with the BRIO via duct bridge and the BRIO first train set. Hours of endless entertainment for both my boys (father and son) and enjoyed by the chief brio engineer (mummy).

I have a Brio train set that I keep for my grandkids when they visit but I mainly have bends, hardly any straight pieces. Does anyone know where I could buy just straight pieces?
