lovely little train set. recommended age is over 3 but we bought for our 16 month old and he loves it. The train is a perfect size for his little hands. he loves putting the train on the bridge and letting go. I think it's a good basic first train set and seems very well made.

This train set is very suitable for little fingers, children soon learn which end off the magnet to use to make them stick together, and the interlocking track means you or them can make them into different shaped tracks.

It could have a few more animals and a bit more realistic. The gamekeeper should sit properly on the train and not so wobbly.
