It's a good read but not really challenging enough. I can imagine some reading it and putting it down and forgetting it. There's some powerful stuff in there but the reader needs to challenge himself to take it forward.

This reads so much like ye olde self-help books that I cringed away for a great deal of the book. Also, there was little explanation of how each of the suggested techniques and exercises were actually based on research about what really works.

For a while the jury was out on this book. However, after the author somehow managed to vote "no" 65 times (yes, 65!) against this review, it was clear that this book was not what it purported to me. I contacted Amazon, who dealt with the matter

Try "Resilience" by Southwick or "Just One Thing" by Hanson.

I've read a lot of books on this theme. I become quickly bored and throw then into that dark place never to be seen again. This book however, had me engrossed from the start. There are no over complicated scenarios ! Its simple in its approach and the examples set out are real and ones we can all relate to!

So pick it, read it, then you'll be on your way to understanding what it is that stops us in our tracks from doing what we want! and how easy it is to change your ANTS
