I'm afraid our brush never got to see the inside of the loo. I'd bought a metal one thinking it would not only look nice but be strong...wrong! The thread that the handle goes into is plastic and we found that without even tightening much the thread gave way rendering the brush useless. For £5 odd I am not going to bother packaging it up and taking it to the post office to return so it's going in the bin and my money was wasted.

Very poor product, after screwing together and ensuring joints were tight this item collapsed into three parts in the toilet pan, i.e. brush, bezel and handle on first attempt to use. It was obvious that the joint between the handle and brush was inadequate as there was so much play in the screw thread. Have temporarily solved the problem by gluing the joint with epoxy adhesive, but how long will it now last? As is always said. "You get what you pay for in this life", but it is a shame as with a little more care and attention to detail, it could be a reasonable product.

Cheap and poor quality

Looks pretty. Don't Use!
This looks very nice, but don't try to clean the loo with it - it falls apart! As others have said, the join between the handle and the brush is too weak.

Very poor quality
Baught 3 of those toilet brushes late January 2011 and although a nice design they are very flimsy. One is already broken! A waste of money.

Do not bother !!
I bought two of those (ground floor toilet + first floor bathroom)and both were broken within a fortnight. Really bad quality.
