needed something to fit in a fairly shallow shelf and to store gloves , hats etc. This fitted the bill perfectly and looks good too!
So I have to agree that if you're looking for a storage basket then XL could be a little misleading if your looking for a chest type basket or hamper or something like that.
BUT the dimensions are clearly written on the product page so if you bought these and weren't happy with the size then you should have read the description first.
A strong frame, it's a very simple but practical design, straight sides (vertically straight) so you don't lose space because the base is smaller than the top.
The reason I didn't give it 5 stars? It would be nice if they listed the internal and external dimensions (I can tell you there's not much difference, but it would be nice to know for sure before going to the effort of ordering then having to return it if it doesn't fit)

This is a good quality product. I was pleasantly surprised considering the price but i believe them to be hard wearing, functional and very sophisticated looking.

very good quality should last well. strong handles. happy with it would recommend. Size is a perfect fit lengthways for a standard size kitchen unit (I keep veg in it).
