Well made item, looks good, compact but comfortable. It is a chair to seat one person. Footstool fits neatly underneath when not in use. Well packaged, and delivered promptly.
I purchased two of these. If I could turn back time with the benefit of hindsight I probably would not choose this item. It's ok but I had seen cheaper chairs and I don't believe these are worth the £120 each paid.
The leather is pulled accross the back which causes a wave in the material and it looks like a fault.
The foot stool is a poor fit. Too small and whilst they do match they almost appear like there's been a mistach and it just looks lost untidy and wrong.
Finally, when you sit in them and gently wiggle in to get comfy, there a wobble between the seat and the frame and it doesn't feel secure at all. One was worse than the other and I returned one chair beacause I thought it was damaged. A replacement was sent with no quibble but I still feel the same about the new one. Wobbly joints that could easily come apart.
Not convinced that the pair will take regular use and survive for long but only time will tell.
