This slim, insubstantial book reads very like a sales brochure, with very little practical information. No doubt the author does not want to let you know how to do it, but rather to get you to enrol on an expensive course.
In addition, I found some of the theorising rather airy-fairy. Save your money to put towards a course.

I bought Bowtech as a reference book, as I am a trained Bowen Therapist. I think the details of the Bowtech moves are unclear for anyone who hasn't had any Bowen training. The attraction of the book is it is small and compact.
