Swift, quick little 16GB memory stick with loads of capacity, I have used
it for transferring files from one PC to another multiple times and I have had faultfree use during the 3 weeks I have owned it.
It has to be said that in terms of value for money, 8GB is generally
the sweet spot for USB sticks at present - (Patriot do, 1, 2, 4, 8 and even 32 GB versions of this product also)
Patriot is not a well known make in the UK but they have a reputation
abroad for making fast rock solid PC memory for overclocking so I thought I would give them a go.
If you want to transfer any files beyond 4GB size, though you will need to re-format it to NTFS rather than the Fat32 with which it arrives.
Even with Fat32 formatting it is easily the quickest USB stick I have yet
owned and provides buckets of space for under £50.00
(It will also work even quicker with NTFS)
The only small caveat is the protective rubber cap for the usb plug
could have been a bit tighter.
The rubber casing is pleasantly tactile and provides a good practical
protection against dropping - it just bounces! -Recommended !

I was pleased to see that the boasting of 200X speed transfer wasn't all smoke and mirrors. This USB flash drive actually shifts data at just under a minute a gig. I was getting like 37megs/sec transfer now I'm no techie but my previous 8gb stick shifted 1.2 gig at 3+mins so I am impressed to say the least.
Another bonus is that it is actually splashproof. I had the slicone cap on and accidentally split some water onto it and it still works like new. As for fully waterproof (as in dunk into a body of water) I'm not willing to try that out but I am impressed with its squidgy chunky feel. This design absorbs any impacts it incurs say like dropping it on the floor or accidentally stepping on it.
Oh and I don't think it was in the description but it works in Windows 7 and my XBOX 360 accepts it without question which my previous stick failed to do. Do yourself a favour and buy this stick instead of the overpriced official XBOX flash drives if that is what you are thinking about. 16gb is the max XBOX will accept so the 32gb is overkill.
Overall I really would reccommend this product to a friend and anyone else willing to listen. The looks may not suit everybody but it's what's inside that counts in this technological age.

This flash drive is very good, well-built, solid, robust and a reasonable size. (I dislike the very small ones because I never seem to have them long enough!)
The rubber casing and sensible top are just what a drive needs and the colours are practical, to go with my suit! It can be attached to keyrings, etc, with a cord via the end-piece, making it very difficult to lose. I just have a piece of cord on mine.
It has proved reliable and robust and the big memory is very useful, although I tend not to use all the space for fear of losing it - illogical I know but I do the same with camera memory cards, a series of smallish ones rather then huge amounts of space.
I have been very pleased and it has stood up to a lot of careful but typical wear-and-tear.

usb boost 16GB
it works fine thought it would be a little faster but overall its better than anyother i have had. but it does go up to 20MG per sec.

If dropped on a floor with cap on, nothing happens - good protection (don't treat it with a hammer though)
