This is a replacement seven good years on the previous toaster I call that good service it a Christmas Present at the moment unused

I simply made a huge mistake buying this toaster as it is quite expensive and does not take in larger pieces of bread such as warburtons. I would not recommend this product and wish to make a complaint to the company.
