I purchased a BMC Easy Start Chainsaw, and was surprised that it has a lot of plastic parts, but decided to give it a try. Plenty of power and cut well. BUT first the rope start failed and was sent a replacement, so far so good. Then the handle snapped, and the machine went back for inspection good customer relations, and was returned with a new handle assembly fitted. Now the coup de gras, the chain oiler has collapsed inside the oil chamber, with lots of shrapnel and broken bit inside the oil chamber mixed with the oil. As the machine is out of guarantee and the cost of repair as well as maybe other unknown damage to the oil pump drive I am scrapping the chain saw before I have even used two chains. I would like to give ZERO stars if I could. What a waste of money.
