An easy to use reference book for the family, it ensures you can check that all your tablets are what they should be, and they will not interact and cause further problems to the patient.

Good handy book - value for money. I recommend this if want to to know what your doctor has prescribed or to look up side effects. Quicker than using the Internet!

A most informative guide for the "patient" who takes interest in his/her own health and wellbeing......I would not be without my copy...nb not to be used to "second guess" the medical proffessionals

BMA New Guide to Medicines and Drugs
This publication has proved very helpful over the years as it gives clear and precise information about the side-effects and combination of drugs and how these combinations may or may not work well together. It speaks legible language that the general population can easily facilitate, not just medical jargon, which can be of little or no use to the common man! It is useful to check what your Dr is prescribing, rather than just rely faithfully on a medical opinion. Your health is your main concern so it's best to not just to leave it to someone else, no matter how qualified they claim to be!
