Used to replace original roof aerial that was to tall for the garage door. Easy to fit, reception good but it was good even without an aerial.

I have a Renault Scenic. I had to remove the original aerial before entering the garage as it caught on the up and over door - lost it of course! Bought the 'Bee Sting' as a replacement, and one big plus, I don't have to remove this one because it is shorter and misses the door. It screwed on perfectly in just two minutes, and looks good. Don't know whether it performs better or worse than the original, it sounds perfect to me, gets all the stations just the same as the original.

Nice product, but unfortunately didn't work with my car, even though it's 'Universal' fitting and did fit, I received no signal.

You get what you pay for
I find the reception isn't as good as the original aerial I'd had. Sometimes the radio goes into Search mode. But, not bad for the price.

Nothing wrong with the product as such, it just doesn't fit.
The fitting on the car is a smaller male thread than the female thread in the aerial (not quite universal after all). Read more
