The first thing I noticed when using it for the first time cleaning the carpets. It was lighter to use than my upright carpet cleaner.
I also wasn't always drudging backwards and forward emptying the dirty water. (What a great relief).
I found that when using the all rounder it took around half an hour or more to fill the dirty water tank. Also the all rounder doesn't drink gallons of carpet formula (another relief.)
It does make a lot of noise, but show me a carpet cleaner that doesn't.
It has brought my carpets out spotless. That's not bad for a 15 year old carpet which now looks new.
My Vinyl flooring is spotless. (No more having to wait for the floor to dry).
I even unblocked the sink with the attachment supplied with the machine.
It's heavy when lifting up the stairs but so is an upright carpet cleaner.
I have noticed one flaw. The hose gets kinked, which can be easily overcome if you keep your eye on it
I have had several Bissell upright cleaners. They were okay but heavy to use. I found that I would be continuously emptying the dirty water, which is exhausting.

Needed a new cleaner and ideally one that cleaned floors and carpets as well. Having done a lot of research most products near to £300. Bissell proheat allrounder at Amazon was a fraction of the cost. I did read customers reviews and although I do agree that the cleaner is heavy and is noisy the results are excellent. if you bought this just for vaccuming you would be pleased. Cleaning the tank after each clean isn't nice but just shows how much dirt has been removed from the floors/ carpets. Main criticism for me is the hose which can get tangled and once you have read throught the instructions fully it is less daunting than it appears.Would recommend buying this cleaner!!

This product will get your carpets clean but at a high cost. Firstly, the Bissell is heavy and unwieldy when filled with water per the instructions. Secondly, the means of attaching the hoses and the different pieces is extremely cumbersome. Finally, it is unreliable as my unit failed due to the motor burnt out during the warranty period. Once in place and set up, the unit does however get your carpets clean. In my opinion this is a design disaster and Mr Dyson, the guys at Hoover, Vax and so on have far better offerings. Caveat Emptor.

An awful machine!!!!!!!

very poorly made but good
