Been using this stuff for 3 months, but started suffering with bad stomach, so started cycling it instead, even though other reviews say tri creatine doesnt need to be cycled. I love this stuff, but not for the reasons that this product claims to do.
Im not stronger off this stuff, and im not bigger or fuller, im only increasing in size naturally from putting the work in. Tri creatine just stops me from aching COMPLETELY. I can lift my weights, push myself, use tri creatine before and after my workout, and I can go home ache free, and wake up the next day completely ache free. As soon as I take a couple of weeks off this stuff, I ache again. The only other supplements I take are glutamine, and protein shakes, but I can cut glutamine out whilst using tri creatine. Great stuff, but dont expect to get big off it.
