Product was delivered on day assigned. One chair faulty, but called & emailed the Sales team who responded straight away. Faulty chair was collected on Tues & replacement sent to my work the following week. Very happy with product.

This garden set is top draw! I researched loads of others online before buying this one (I know, sad aren't I?!) and any other comparative sets of this quality were more expensive. It's really solid and well built and looks really nice, whereas others I looked at around the same price were seemed more flimsy (thinner wood, etc). Chairs are surprisingly comfortable too, which is not always the case with garden furniture... Definitely worth buying!

Product arrived in good time/delivery driver was very helpful, Product was in good condition, was a bit of a nightmare to put together, the drawing that you follow was very very basic!! got there in the end!
