This is a great fire steel, makes a very good concentrated shower of sparks. I haven't used any other brand of fire steel, but I can't imagine any being much better than this. If anyone is having problems with it, then don't forget you need to scrape through the black coating before it will work.

Great product, works well
This flint and striker looks great and works great. It makes awesome sparks for lighting fires and will occasionally even make a spark that flies across the air. Cool!
