Living half of my life in Greece, the country of food and wine (plus beer) I found the recipes in this book, simple, mouth watering and fun. Some fabulous ideas, I would have given 5 stars but my only quibble was I wanted more.
I am not too fussed as some other people about the lay out everything seemed clear and easy to understand. I always run through any cook book first to get a rough idea of where things are.
My favorites has got to be the lamb kebabs and sausages with the salsa wrap yum yum yum, I made the salsa today using some pureed Greek tomatoes, wonderful long green chili peppers that we have here and the fabulous Greek sweet onions that Jamie Oliver raved about on his 'does Greece' program last year, along with the herbs and spices WOW thank you DARCY LOGAN we didn't have it with a bbq but I did have it with take out souflaki and pitta and cannot wait to use it with other recipes from your book.
I also liked that you tried to include at least one recipe from each type of meat, this I found as a great idea to keeping it varied so that there is something for everyone.
