I found this easy to fit on the rafters in my garage although I had to angle the outside screws in a bit to avoid splitting. There's 4 fixing holes in total with 2 outer and 2 inner, diagonally arranged on each end. It works well with a standard bag once you work out how to get everything at the correct height.
