The Maths GCSE Revision CD from the BBC's Bitesize Revision series is an excellent resource for study and preparation for exams. Installable on a PC operating with Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or 98, it presents you with a full regimen from which you can organise effective revision over any period of time. Multiple users are supported, each able to keep track of his or her own progress. There are plenty of practice questions and "revision bites", and you can highlight areas on which more study is necessary. Work from the CD can be printed in PDF format to take away from the computer, and you can pace your progress in several different ways, coming back to the desired place on subsequent sessions.
Maths covered include all items dealt within GCSE standard, with study divided by tier (Foundation and Intermediate) which is selectable at the start of revision. GCSE are coming and you have to revise, GCSE BiteSize revision is the best way. You start with a spot check to test you weak area's and from there you build up with revision on the cd.
The revision is so easy and flexible, you can come back when ever you like to revise, no pressure, just take your time. Then when you've finshed an area, take a Topic Check to test what you know on the subject.
Once all the bars fills up, It's time to take a past exam paper based on real exam conditions, with so much other things to help you out like Web Links where you put your questions to the BBC's team to get tips also you can discuss a probelms with your teacher and much more,you've got to get this.
