This classic Batmobile turned out great. It measures about 9 inches long and about 3 1/2 inches wide. I only recommend this model to experienced modelers. There are many tiny parts that can be hard to paint and stick into the tiny slots that snap in. There were a couple of items where the tiny pins broke off and I had to resort to glue. There aren't many parts that need paint though and a tip is to keep the parts on the splays and paint the parts on them. It is much easier than painting the tiny pieces off the splays. Another tip is to glue the bottom parts of the bumpers to keep them from coming off and glue the antenna.
The tires have the rubber and look good. The shiny chrome rims look great too. The top main body is shiny black and the pin striping is already on it so you won't have to paint that or the bats on the doors. The windows are clear plastic and look good. The clear plastic headlights are hard to snap in. I finally used a pencil, the eraser part to plunge it into the holes and finally was able to snap them in but it isn't easy. The other thing that was a super pain were the decals. They are extremely tiny and I just couldn't use the tiniest ones and I ended up painting the areas where some of the tiny decals were to go with paint about the color of the decals. Once everything is together the decals aren't noticeable anyway.
Once I got it together, I was very satisfied how it turned out. What a beauty to behold. It won't take abuse, such as a child playing with it since there are many fragile pieces i.e. the antenna, but this kind of model isn't for play anyway. This one will be a classic collector's item someday. Get it while you can.
